이용약관 (KOR) | 포르투갈어 길잡이

본 이용약관(이하 “약관”)은 포르투갈어 길잡이(이하 “본 블로그”)가 제공하는 콘텐츠 및 서비스 이용과 관련하여 운영자와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정합니다. 본 블로그를 이용함으로써 이용자는 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

3. 콘텐츠의 정확성과 최신성을 위해 노력하나, 언어 사용 맥락·지역(브라질/포르투갈)·산업·개별 상황에 따라 결과가 달라질 수 있습니다. 이용자는 필요 시 공식 자료 및 전문가 자문을 병행해야 합니다.

3. 이용자의 책임

1. 이용자는 본 블로그의 콘텐츠를 자신의 판단과 책임 하에 이용합니다.

2. 업무/계약/분쟁 등 중요한 의사결정에 본 블로그 콘텐츠를 단독 근거로 사용하는 것은 권장되지 않습니다.

3. 이용자는 본 블로그 이용 과정에서 관계 법령 및 본 약관을 준수해야 합니다.

4. 지식재산권(저작권) 및 이용 허락 범위

1. 본 블로그에 게시된 글, 템플릿, 문장 세트, 이미지 등(이하 “콘텐츠”)의 저작권은 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다.

2. 이용자는 개인 학습 및 업무 참고 목적 범위에서 콘텐츠를 열람·저장·출력할 수 있습니다.

3. 다음 행위는 운영자의 사전 서면 허락 없이 금지됩니다.

5. 댓글/커뮤니티 운영 정책

본 블로그는 건전한 소통을 위해 다음에 해당하는 댓글/행동을 제한하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다.

• 욕설, 혐오, 명예훼손, 개인정보 노출, 광고/스팸, 불법 정보

• 타인의 권리를 침해하거나 법령을 위반하는 내용

• 동일 내용의 반복 게시 등 운영을 방해하는 행위
  운영자는 필요 시 댓글 차단, 삭제, 신고 등 조치를 할 수 있습니다.

6. 외부 링크 및 제3자 서비스

1. 본 블로그에는 외부 사이트 링크가 포함될 수 있으며, 외부 사이트의 콘텐츠·정책·서비스에 대해 운영자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.

2. 본 블로그는 트래픽 분석 및 광고 제공을 위해 제3자 서비스(예: Google Analytics, Google AdSense 등)를 사용할 수 있습니다(사용 시). 관련 데이터 처리 방식은 각 서비스 제공자의 정책을 따릅니다.

7. 광고 및 제휴 고지
